This magnificently masculine carved god in soapstone, perched on a rosewood base, measures 20” high, 7” wide and 5” deep.  Note the almost ghostly effect the artist achieves by taking full advantage of the stone’s color variations, particularly around the eyes.

This complex peach alabaster sculpture composition stands 20” high.  It is 12” wide and 6 “ deep.  It stands on a rosewood base, which accentuates the warm rose coloring of the stone.  This is beauty in abstract.
