This soulful symphony in oils is gracefully compelling.  This may be my favorite offering from this artist.  Unframed and “wrapped”, the painting measures 16” x 20”.  Simply lovely.

L.A. Nefertiti

Isn’t this stunning!?!  The bright background colors are wonderfully offset by the soft coloring of the central figure.  I love the way Josephine imposed the background onto the face for a surreal effect.  This original oil painting measures 18” x 24’.

Josephine has masterfully captured the haughty air of this lovely model in this original oil portrait.   I love the soft flowery background, accentuating the deep, rich colors of the proud subject.  The piece measures 18” x 24”.

The lively simplicity of this floral abstract virtually sings with movement and joy.  This is one of my favorites of Josephine’s offerings.  The black frame and contrasting mat really create an emotional composition.  The piece measures 15” x 12”.

This vibrant mixed media painting, in this case the media consisted of watercolor, charcoal and pastel, measures 18” x 20”.  The piece has been tastefully framed in black after having been double matted with white and pink to enhance the composition.

This colorful collage is often mistaken for a painting.  In actuality, it is small pieces of paper glued to a board to create an ingenious illusion of paint on canvas.  The composition is lovingly framed in gold with glass.  The total piece measures 22” x 30”.

Small Abstract In Watercolor

Inspired by the artist’s vision of the creation of the cosmos, this delightful abstract is framed by the artist in a distressed red frame that enhances the total composition.   The piece is 7” high and 6” wide.
