Horse in Blue
As in much of Bill’s art, the graceful horse’s figure serenely blends with the backdrop, fading into shadow and taking on a surreal, three dimensional quality with the infusion of swirling rice paper and pigment. The unframed watercolor is matted in white and measures 18” x 22”.
